Jamie Addeo
Managing Principal
Jamie Addeo formed The Addeo Group in 2018. She advises her clients on the complexities of office and retail leasing in New York City. Ms. Addeo constructs and negotiates, complex acquisition and disposition solutions tailored to each individual client requirement.
Prior to forming The Addeo Group, LLC Ms. Addeo was a Vice President at Cresa New York. Ms. Addeo specialized in tenant representation, lease negotiations, strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis and project management. Her experience enables Jamie to provide her clients with a comprehensive, full-service approach to strategic planning that not only focuses on cost effectiveness but also efficient space utilization.
Ms. Addeo is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. Ms. Addeo holds a B.A. from Fordham University.
